Corrigendum Notice - Notice to the Share Holders for E-Voting

Because of the non availability of BENPOS from the CDSL before the start of the Evoting period scheduled on 26.09.2022, our company M/s. Dolphin Medical Services Ltd, could not offer the Evoting facility on 26.09.2022.
Now the Evoting facility is made available and is operating from 27.09.2022 to up to the closure of the AGM on 29-9-2022.
Whosoever share holders could not able to vote through the evoting, they may still cast their franchise through the Annual General Meeting also upto 15 minutes of the closure of the AGM on 29.09.2022.
Inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted.
