Dolphin Medical Services Ltd. is already in the business of clinical diagnostics for the past 18 years. The Company is profit making concern for the past Ten years.

The Promoters are well experienced in running diagnostic centers and in other related areas of activity.

The management has extensive contacts in India as well as many foreign countries with the dealers in medical and para medical and other sectors equipment and products.

1. The company was originally incorporated as Dolphin Scanning Services Ltd. on 21st September 1992 and obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on 7th October 1992.

2. The name was subsequently changed to Dolphin Medical Services Ltd. and fresh Certificate of incorporation was obtained consequent upon the change of name on 8th November 1993.

3. Dolphin Medical Services Ltd., started a comprehensive diagnostic centre in September, 1994 in the heart of Vijayawada City in close proximity to the doctors in Suryaraopet Area.

4. Dolphin Nethralaya i.e;Eye-Care Centre was started on 1996 to provide Eye-Care services.

5. Dolphin Medical Services Limited is held for Public Issue in 1994.

6. Dolphin Medical Services Limited went for rights issue on 2006.

7. Dolphin launched Bio-Tech Foods and Herbals division in a quick time.

8. Dolphin Entered into the Information Technology. The division is known as Dolphin Electronic Solutions and Technology.

9. M/s. BRIDGE CORPORATE SERVICES PVT. LTD. were promoted as subsidiaries of the Company & Evum Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. exclusively for the purpose of conducting the business of trading materials and goods in the medical, paramedical and other avenues etc.

The company is contemplating to utilise the extensive contacts of the management in India as well as many foreign countries with the dealers in medical and para medical and other sectors equipment and products for making a mark in this field of activity.
